Here is my new Mission President. He is coming in June.

Dear Elders and Sisters,

Well, it's finally out, actually the new Elders who arrived this past week already knew his name so you may have heard. Here is what appeared in the Church News:

Nancy and Rick Graff
Rick Graff, 53, Stephenville Ward, Weatherford Texas Stake; former missionary and counselor in the Dominican Republic Santo Domingo East Mission, district and branch president, counselor in bishoprics, high councilor, and missionary in the Washington D.C. Mission. Retired owner, West Coast Auctioneers. Born in Encino, Calif., to Kenneth Lee and Mary Elva Gardner Graff. Married Nancy Jeanette Nagler, four children.

Sister Graff served with her husband in the Dominican Republic Santo Domingo East Mission and is a former ward Relief Society, Young Women, and Primary president, counselor in ward Primary and Young Women presidencies and ward Primary teacher. Born in Orange, Calif., to Thomas Frank and Jeanette Alta Worthy Nagler.

This is me, Sister Gingery, again. They served a couples mission in the DR where he served as a District President and a counselor in the Mission Presidency. Sister Graff said they were interviewed (for a mission president) 11 days after they had returned home from their mission. So they are familiar with the Caribbean and will be great here in this wonderful mission. Maybe he'll do a little auctioneering for you. I'm not sure if he does it himself or just owned the business. Anyway, you'll love them I'm sure!!

Thought for today: "Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power." Abraham Lincoln

We love you,

Sis. G
